STRONGER by JCMB & Fitness is a Brunei-based retailer and exclusive distributor of premium supplements, strength apparel, and gym equipment, including Raw Nutrition, Bum Energy, 3D Energy, Mutant, Evogen, Prosupps, Nutrex Research, Magnum, SBD Apparel, STEPR, Metcon, Star Trac, Nautilus, Schwinn, StairMaster, and Shua Fitness.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By placing an order through strongerbn.com, WhatsApp, or via direct bank transfer, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
3. Ordering Methods
Orders may be placed: (a) through our website checkout (WooCommerce), (b) via WhatsApp enquiry followed by manual order confirmation, or (c) via direct bank transfer with order details confirmed by our team. An order is only confirmed once payment is received or a payment arrangement is confirmed in writing by us.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. Supplement facts, ingredients, and equipment specifications are provided by the manufacturer/brand and may be updated without notice. Product images are for illustration; actual packaging may vary by batch.
5. Authenticity
All supplements, apparel, and equipment sold by STRONGER are sourced through our authorised exclusive distributorship agreements. We do not sell grey-market or counterfeit goods.
6. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Brunei Dollars (BND) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is accepted via the payment methods offered at checkout, WhatsApp-arranged payment, or direct bank transfer. Orders paid by bank transfer will only be processed once payment is confirmed received in our account.
7. Delivery and Pickup
We offer local delivery within Brunei and showroom pickup at our Gadong location. Delivery timeframes vary by product type and are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery fees (if any) will be confirmed at checkout or via WhatsApp before order confirmation.
8. Gym Equipment: Delivery, Installation & Lead Time
Gym equipment orders may involve extended lead times for stock arrival, delivery scheduling, and installation. Where installation is included, our team will contact you to schedule a suitable date. Estimated lead times will be communicated at the time of order and are not guaranteed delivery dates — delays may occur due to shipping, customs, or supplier factors outside our control.
9. Order Changes and Cancellations
Order changes or cancellations must be requested as soon as possible via WhatsApp or email. Once an order has been dispatched, processed for delivery, or (for equipment) scheduled for installation, cancellation may not be possible or may incur costs already committed on your behalf (e.g. freight, customs).
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, STRONGER’s liability for any claim relating to your order is limited to the value of the product(s) purchased. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Brunei law.

All content on strongerbn.com, including logos, product photography, and written content, is owned by STRONGER by JCMB & Fitness or its brand partners and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brunei Darussalam.
