The Stiff version casts and immobilises the wrist almost completely, giving maximal rigidity for heavy competition-style attempts on bench press, overhead press, and strict press.

Many competitive lifters keep both versions in their bag: Flexible for warm-ups and lighter training sets, and Stiff for their heaviest working sets and competition day. Because the Resolve range is manufactured to the same high standards as SBD’s classic wrist wrap line, you get the same proprietary wide elastic material and dependable hook and loop fastening in a limited edition colourway.
